Every listing is checked against your preferences:
You can turn email and Telegram alerts on/off from the account area on the website.
Price, area, move-in date, rooms, size, floor, location, features (protected room, elevator, parking, balcony), a link to the listing, and contact details (for users with an active subscription).
Possible reasons:
No - the system won't send the same listing again if it's already been sent.

You can purchase a week of searching and continue to get: alerts before everyone else, only listings that match your search, and an edge over other seekers.

No. Payment is a one-time charge for each week of searching - the subscription does not renew on its own. If you want to continue, you'll need to purchase another week manually.
Cancelling stops alerts. If you're still within the paid subscription period, you can reactivate without paying again.
If the subscription is still valid (within 7 days) but was cancelled - reactivation is free of charge.
If the subscription period has expired - a new purchase is required.
Sublets and roommate apartments have additional filters (for example: sublet with existing roommates, moving into an apartment with roommates).

The system intelligently recognizes neighborhoods from the text you type.

Changes take effect immediately after saving. After an update, Jeremy checks recent listings that match and sends them to you.
Users without a move-in date restriction see on average 3 times more apartments and find an apartment faster. Landlords are usually flexible - you can coordinate the date later.
For balcony, elevator and parking - Jeremy also sends listings that don't explicitly state whether the feature exists, so you don't miss out.
You can switch to exact filtering (only listings that explicitly state the feature) - but then you might miss listings where it was simply forgotten.
During registration, Jeremy checks how many apartments are expected to be published in a week matching your settings.
If fewer than 10 apartments per week, a warning and recommendations are shown (expanding area, price, rooms, etc.).
You can accept the recommendations or continue as you set things up.
