Every listing is checked against your preferences:
You can turn email and Telegram alerts on or off from your account area on the website.
Price, area, move-in date, rooms, size, floor, location, amenities (elevator, parking, balcony, pets), link to the listing, and contact details (for users with an active subscription).
Possible reasons:
No — the system won't send the same listing again if it was already sent.
Alerts stop when the trial ends.
You can choose to purchase a monthly subscription at any time to continue receiving alerts before everyone else, only listings that match your search, and an edge over other searchers. Nothing is charged automatically when the trial ends.
Agent Jeremy Premium — €29 per month.
Yes. Once you purchase a monthly subscription, it renews automatically each month and €29 is charged to your payment method at the start of each billing period, until you cancel. There is no cancellation fee — you keep access until the end of the current paid month.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid month — no further charges are made. If you're still within the paid period after cancelling, you can reactivate without paying again.
If the subscription is still valid but was cancelled — reactivation without additional payment until the end of the current billing period.
If the subscription period expired — a new monthly subscription purchase is required.

Changes take effect immediately after saving. After updating, Jeremy checks recent listings that match and sends them to you.
Users without a move-in date limit see on average 3× more listings and find a home faster. Landlords are usually flexible — you can coordinate later.
For balcony, elevator, and parking — Jeremy also sends listings that didn't explicitly mention the amenity if it's present, so you don't miss out.
You can switch to strict filtering (only listings that explicitly mention it) — but you may miss listings where the poster forgot to include it.
During registration, Jeremy checks how many listings are expected to be posted per week with your settings.
If fewer than 10 listings per week, a warning and recommendations appear (expand area, price, rooms, etc.).
You can accept the recommendations or continue with your current settings.
Shows: active/inactive status, subscription type, cities and areas, price, rooms, amenities, and alert settings.
No — the bots work with buttons and commands, not free text.
